Apple Updates Executive Profiles On Its Website Amidst Dismissal Of Steve Jobs As CEO
Following the event of Steve Jobs announcing his resignation as CEO of Apple, the said company’s website has already been updated with the new executive profiles with Tim Cook as CEO.

The major changes in the executive profiles page are only two; first, Tim Cook is now in place of Steve Jobs and if you scroll down the page, you’ll see Steve Jobs as the chairman of the board of Apple. The image below explains it all:

Steve’s departure from the status of CEO spur of wave of sadness in the tech world for a variety of reasons. But in our opinion, his dismissal from the company was done at the right time. First of all; he choose the person to succeed himself, someone which he knew would fill his shoes much better, therefore it was a smart choice. Secondly, Apple’s shares are all time high, the iPhone 5 is about to launch in a couple of months, therefore the effect on stock and shares would be close to none.
All in all, he was a great CEO, and brought Apple to the position where it is today.
