Bing For Android Updated And Metrofied! [VIDEO]
Bing for Android just got an update today and is now very much like it should be; full of Metro goodness.
Metro is the user interface which Microsoft came up with for Windows Phone 7 last year, it’s the time based UI if you can recall, I attached a screenshot of the UI just to get you acquainted with it briefly:
The whole UI on the other hand is pivot based, which means that you flick through pages from left to right or vice versa. I’m sure by now you have the whole thing in your mind settled down, now imagine all this on Android, and that too on the Bing for Android app. Although the update doesn’t bring the entire Metro experience to Android but its close enough. Android Central has shot a video of the latest update of Bing in action, check it out below along with the Market link for download:
