Google Chrome OS Netbook Set For Launch In November? [Rumor]
If you’re still heartbroken by the fact that there will be no Nexus Two from Google then here’s something which might arouse you again. DigiTimes is reporting that Google is all set to launch a Chrome OS netbook this month.
The netbook will be officially Google branded just like the Nexus One, but it will run on top of Chromium OS. The choice of manufacturer for the Chrome OS driven netbook is Inventec, we really wished if it was from HTC though. HP and Acer will launch their Chrome OS netbook later in December. We’re not really sure how much this is true, but keeping in mind how the iPad and countless variants of Android tablets are flooding the market, the Google Chrome OS netbook has too be too darn good to compete!
