Ever wanted to install Android on your jailbroken iPhone 2G/3G without having to go through the hassle of connecting it to your computer? Then you’ve come to the right place! You can install Android on your iPhone 2G/3G using Bootlace 2.1.

Before you start off, please follow the instructions very carefully! The supported devices are as follows along with the version of iOS:
- iPhone 2G- 3.1.2, 3.1.3
- iPhone 3G- 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 4.0, 4.0.1, 4.0.2, 4.1
Note: GM candidates DO NOT count in this!
Also the jailbreak tools which are supported in this are:

Note: if you’ve used a jailbreak tool apart from the ones listed above then it’s a no go.
Step 1: We’re assuming that you have jailbroken your iPhone 2G/3G using the tools mentioned above, once you’re done with it, fire up Cydia and add this repository URL: http://repo.neonkoala.co.uk , once you have added the repository, click on “Add Source”, and then install “Bootlace”.
Step 2: You will see the “Bootlace” icon in your springboard now, fire it up!
Step 3: Once you’re into “Bootlace”, install “OpeniBoot”.

Step 4: Now install “iDroid”.

Step 5: Once “iDroid” has finished installing, you’re all done! Just Open “QuickBoot” and tap on the Android mascot and it will restart your iPhone and take you into Android OS.
Warning: Might give someone over Apple a heart attack.
