Next Generation iPhone 4G Powered by Dual Core Processor and OLED Screen
KT which is reliable source being South Korea’s second largest mobile phone carrier and Apple’s sole iPhone provider in Korea revealed rumors based news that the upcoming next Generation iPhone 4G is being powered by extremely powerful dual core processor. Whether that rumored processor upgrade would be based on the ARM Cortex-9 MPCore or ARM11 MPCore, a chip arising from Apple’s own acquisition back in 2008, or will it be something entirely different, is too early to predict at this stage. This new development may be Apple’s response to the latest launches of smart phones in market like HTC HD2 and Google’s Nexus One.
Korea Times also revealed some of the add-on features of upcoming iPhone 4G :
- ARM Cortex A9 dual core processor
- PowerVR SGX545 improved high resolution graphic chip
- Organic light emitting diode (OLED) screens
- Video chat
- Removable battery ( a real surprise )
- High resolution OLED screen
- 5 megapixel camera with LED flash
The above information are the result of rumors which cannot be confirmed or denied at these stage. However, one thing is definitely sure that information comes from a reliable source and can be trusted upon to a great extent.
