ultrasn0w unlock for the iPhone has been updated by the iPhone Dev Team and supports unlocking iOS 4.3.2 on older basebands on the iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS.
As RedmondPie points out, this is not an unlock solution for newer basebands, if you’ve preserved your baseband using PwnageTool or Sn0wbreeze and upgraded to iOS 4.3.2, only then you can use Ultrasn0w 1.2.2 to unlock your iPhone 4 or iPhone 3GS.
