White iPhone 4 Being Sold In China’s Grey Market !
This just went viral all over the internet, it appears that in China’s grey market, white iPhone 4’s are being sold! I remember Apple removing the white iPhone 4 from it’s website a while back. Can someone please explain what did we miss back then?
The white iPhone 4’s are carrying a label which says “for internal use only”, strongly hinting that these devices aren’t meant to be sold, ever. But the grey market is loaded with these iPhones, and they carry a price tag which urges you to sell your kidney in exchange for a purchase. The prices start at around 5500 Yuan ($828) to 8000 Yuan ($1024) for the cheapest 16GB model and the 32GB models are even more expensive. They all run iOS 4.1 and are locked to AT&T, yeah we know what you’re thinking; but there’s no AT&T in China. Of course there ain’t! So are these supposed to be for the US?
